Sarah has more than ten years of experience working with clients to develop a clear understanding of programs offered to companies in various states, structuring and negotiating tax and business incentive packages and identifying alternative methods to obtain benefits for clients by building and leveraging relationships with various local and state representatives. The types of incentives that Sarah has helped secure for clients include discretionary grants, infrastructure grants, personal and real property tax abatements, refundable tax credits, training and investment tax credits, low-interest loans and training grants. Sarah also has experience in securing federal and state tax credits for companies on a retroactive and prospective basis.
Prior to joining Silverlode, Sarah was a manager in the Ernst & Young Business Incentives Group. She also worked in the Credits and Incentives Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers Her experience includes work with companies from a number of industries including food processing, auto manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and financial services.
Sarah holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing & Logistics from John Carroll University. She is currently working on becoming a Certified Economic Developer through the International Economic Development Council.
