Dennis is a principal of Silverlode Consulting Corp., a comprehensive economic development consulting firm providing services to both public and private sector clients. Prior to joining Silverlode Consulting, Dennis was the Area Director of Economic Development & Incentives Services for Ernst & Young LLP’s Lake Erie Area. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Dennis was a consultant with the Location and Incentives Advisory Services Group of PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
Dennis has extensive experience providing site selection, financial feasibility analysis, economic impact modeling, incentives structuring and negotiation, and economic development strategy development and implementation assistance to a wide variety of private and public-sector organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Dennis has advised a broad range of clients that includes start-ups and early stage companies, Fortune 100 corporations, and state and local governments. Dennis has been published in the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives and is regularly a speaker and instructor on the topic of economic development.
Dennis earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from John Carroll University in Cleveland, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Dennis lives in Highland Heights, Ohio with his wife and three children.
